All international participants are advised to check the visa requirements for entry into India well in advance. Participants should apply for the appropriate visa through the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate in their respective countries.

An official invitation letter will be provided upon request to facilitate the visa application process. In case any participant requires an additional support letter or specific documentation to present at the consulate, they are kindly requested to contact the Organising Secretary at gaurab.ihs@presiuniv.ac.in, providing their passport name, affiliation, and full address.

Participants are encouraged to initiate the visa application process early to avoid any delays.
