01.Abstracts may be written either as a single continuous paragraph or structured under the headings: Background, Methods, Results, and Discussion.

02.Graphs, figures, and images are not permitted in the abstract.

03.The abstract must be written in English.

04.Each presenting author is allowed to submit only one abstract.

05.For any changes in presenting author or authorship details, please contact: abstract@ica2026.co.in.

06.Authors must carefully select the most appropriate thematic area from the provided drop-down menu.

07.A maximum of five keywords should be provided.

08.Abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings only if the presenting author is registered for the conference.

09.All submitted abstracts will be automatically considered for award competitions. Details of award categories will be announced in August 2026 on the conference website.
